Although Newcastle are clearly a direct rival and I'd rather he went to a mid table side...this could do wonders for him (and us) long term. It would ordinarily take clubs years to phase out an old generation and completely refresh the team with new players. We’ve done it in 6 months! The final pieces for this summer window are a backup keeper and a goal scoring attacker of some sort.
