 We’re setting up Lampard to fail. He looked really upset at the Press Conference today. Failing to back a manager in the transfer window, when he explicitly asks for backing, means you are on borrowed time more often than not.

this summer is the biggest window since Roman bought the club

it can make or break us, especially if we do not have CL

if they decide that no CL means no big spending

then the slide really begins

a massive clue will be the afro's contract

if we do cave in and renew that fucker

then that is a sign of impending doom

as no team with top 4 ambitions will roll with a 32/33yo winger who is now back to dogshit for months as a mainstay in the lineup for 2 years

I dont think mean no big spending just they're not that great at sealing deals...have targets..haggle on price. Oh look someone else has come in.. deal done.

I'm not hopeful on top 4 given our last performances. We've been lucky but luck runs out.

You never know mate.....no manager with ambition and worth their salt will come in to this shit show. I cant see Allegri Simeone Poch come to us if FL gets the sack or walks away. There are def better options available to these managers.
