Pizy 18,903
Don’t think Broja goes unless we get an offer so stupid we can’t say no to like £40m or more. For a player that is still unproven I don’t think the club would turn that down. My guess is that we keep him and he plays a significant role for us this season. With Lukaku gone there will be plenty of minutes available to rotate with Kai.
shrenshah 186
We need to be strategic in doing our business...order of signings can be crucial else we may fund a rival to hijack one of our targets with the money we give them Assuming de ligt, kounde, de jong, sterling,c clauss and dembele are who we are trying to buy We should conclude business in this order 1) dembele - no money sent to rivals 2) kounde - sevilla not gonna hamper any deals 3) clauss - no issues here as well 4) de ligt - juve not gonna hamper sterling on de jong 5) de jong - barca get cash but dont think sterling goes to barca.giving them money while kounde is available is risky 6) sterling - giving man coty money while de ligt is available is risky Players may chamge but we need to think of order of signings surely Boycie

MoroccanBlue 5,381
Imagine selling Broja and keeping Werner. I know the clubs hands are tied but we shouldn’t entertain any option when the bar for attackers at our club is so low. Broja can’t be worse. xPetrCechx 13,570
🚨🚨| The signing of Raphinha is very advanced & Dembélé is getting closer to staying at FC Barcelona. @fansjavimiguel

With Lukaku gone there will be plenty of minutes available to rotate with Kai. If such an offer does come we must reject it. In fact the bigger the offer the more swiftly we must turn it down. Sounds bizarre but I say remember John Terry. Notts Forrest had made a £2m offer for JT which Ken Bates accepted but JT himself said no to the move. Later Bobby Robson put in a bid of £10m on behalf of Newcastle. This time Bates turned it down because the very size of the bid alerted him to the quality of player we had on our hands. (From Memory the world record transfer fee at the time was £15m. If someone knows better please correct me.) There is no reason for us to substitute the views of Southampton fans for our own but at one stage last season they were talking of Mando as a player who will soon be worth £100m. Who knows if that will come to pass. When we had Mando and Tammy on the books my own opinion was that Mando was the better prospect. The accuracy of this is something else we can't know yet but I believe Mando is two years short of approaching his full potential so I say selling now must not happen. MoroccanBlue 5,381
Boehly the type of man I hope would give Deco/Raphinha a deadline. And soon. xPetrCechx and Blue Armour

Yes because without or 50m for sterling they could never afford him. Lmfao. FFP is helped by off loading players for similar money to players coming in. City could buy all the players they want, but they have to at least give the appearance they care about FFP.

ZAPHOD2319 4,815
Will be happy when Broja and Conor join him at camp and in the US for pre-season. OhForAGreavsie and MoroccanBlue
Pizy 18,903
Raphinha and Dembele likely off the table, the player we were thinking about hijacking at the last minute Richarlison off the table (thank God) no links to Gnabry really, no standout striker targets in place of any of these wide players. Could it be…….Neymar time? 😰😰😰 We’re nearly out of options here, ffs.

None of the others are near the level of Raphinha or Dembele at this moment. Bowen is very promising but as usual dealing with WH would be impossible. We need attackers that are CLEAR upgrades on what we had last season, not risks or young talents. The likes of Antony, Diaby, Olise etc I can easily see flopping just like Ziyech or Werner. Magic Lamps 11,692
Dembele is still in the balance, we are still odd-on favourites to get him for reasons I can not quite fathom atm Diaby would be interesting, he is crazy fast both acceleration and top speed but really soft Bayern will never sell Gnabry to us. If we were only suitor they would rather let his contract run down.

chelsea_4_eva 1,182
I just hope by this time next week, we have at least Sterling and De Ligt confirmed to join. Leave the offer for Raphinha on the table and see what Leeds will do. If we pull our offer, Barca are going to have a free run at him and im too petty to let that happen.
