but recently they can't seem to succeed offloading who they want.

New board has been extremely successful in offloading players. Remember Lukaku? Saudi deals? Great money for Hutchinson, Maatsen, Hall, Mount, Havertz...

So next season we can expect something like this:

LW Sancho and Garnacho

RW Neto and Madueke

AM Palmer and Estevao

CF Jackson and new striker

Nkunku, Felix and Mudryk out.

Guiu and Paez loans for a couple of years.

estevao is not a winger?

A deal that gets Nkunku out is one I can sign off on. Nkunku has been incredibly underwhelming for me. He isn't awful, but at best he only becomes an effective player, if the team is built around him. Garnacho, whilst raw, does have something about him where you can see him kicking on a couple of levels quite quickly.

As a swap, and even a swap with a bit of funds on top, say £60m for Garnacho and £70m for Nkunku, is a good deal for us. This goes double as Nkunku is one of the top 5 earners on the books still.

Nkunku has talent for sure, but he is easily pushed around in the PL. He is always an injury scare on top of that. I do like how Garnacho is always looking for goal. You really cannot coach that into a player. He definitely has some maturing to do in his game.

Before someone brings up the Chalobah signing to try and justify things, let's be clear-

It was embarrassing enough to recall a player who they had previously isolated from the squad.

And recalling Chalobah is just a lazy stop gap option they made in panic, because all their well acclaimed CBs were dropping like flies

They're probably counting on Fofana to come back fit as a fiddle next season to grow into this true potential.

Just like the almighty Sanchez and the amazing Disasi.

I hope our directors realize this soon.

Even when he's fully fit, he is very suspect defensively.

And he's still the best CB we have at the club 😆

We really went from Terry, Carvalho, Cahill, T.Silva.....to relying on Fofana (made of glass) and young Colwill.
