I do not understand this CHO rumour. We are a winger short as it is, the kid is only 20 (and coming off a bad injury) and we have kept hold of youth players without as much talent for a long time. Not liking the feel of this one at all.

And I can flip that around by saying Rudi taking a squad place there could take a squad place and block potential moves for top class CB's that become available.

You can't operate on such if, buts and maybes, especially a ridiculously low percentage one.

Stop being intelligent please.

What the hell is Lampard doing? Learn from the mistakes we have made already with KDB and Salah.

Quite ironic KDB and Salah being brought up given they were let go due to the same lack of patience being shown to our current young crop.

need to keep CHO but... no offense to those saying that lampard is the one pushing him out but that’s laughable and has no substance, it’s obvious lamps doesn’t want to sell one of our only 2 wingers available...
CHO has seemed very non-committed to Chelsea ever since before even signing his new deal...

he’s more of a box to box player and not a true dm so he wouldn’t really solve our problems...

Depends how he’s utilised. He partners Saul and when one pushes up the other stays. He’s a lot better on the ball than Kante.

true but could he play lone DM in a 433 with two #8s alongside him? not so sure... I think ideally we would want a player that could but at least partey would make us more solid in a 4231 if he were to play alongside kante instead of kovacic

Two weeks ago you branded him "Hudson Invisible" (link below) but now there's rumours he's about to leave all of a sudden you rate him

What does him having talent have to do with being nominated undeservingly? I'm not biased I like CHO but I also recognize him being nominated after the year he had is beyond a joke and more so while Havertz wasn't nominated even thought he finished 3rd last edition and scored 20 goals this season for Leverkusen.

Obviously I don't want someone with his talent to leave the club, he may problems with his attitude but I recognize his talent is there, just like I recognize Mount is a hard worker with very little talent. The fact someone like CHO might leave before a limited player like Mount just because he doesn't work as much in training is beyond nonsense.

Your sad obsession with me is as bad as you calling for a moderator to take measures because I said Lampard shouldn't let Mount take a penalty because he will miss, ironically 5 minutes later he ended up missing but of course that was trolling and not some obvious assessment that a player who was detrimental to us not winning the match would try to make amends for his shit mistakes and thus putting more pressure on his shoulders would likely end up missing the penalty.

He's lucky not to have one already.

Stop being a snowflake and pretend like I insult or hate Mount as a person, obviously my bashing are related to him as a player nothing else, the way you get triggered around me about Mount one would have you believe he is putting Messi like performances and I'm slating him for no reason when the sad reality is isn't even good enough to tie Oscar's shoes. I'm a Chelsea fan first and foremost, If I think a player is fairly detrimental to stopping my club to further evolving as a team I will call him out, not everyone on here is Mount FC simple as that. As a matter of fact CHO in the last 2 games did more than Mount did in all his matches this season.

I find it absolutely hilarious and somewhat embarrassing and sad how only you and 2-3 other posters on this forum managed to call me a troll for not rating Mount yet somehow managed to think I was serious about Chilwell friend thing which was supposed to be a half arsed banter to begin with. I'm a member on rivals forum redcafe and arsenal mania to discuss transfers or banter and none had any problems with it even when I took shots and digs at their club but when I go on a forum for my favorite club, I see this communist attitude, it's no wonder the forum only has about 100 active members on it with 25% of them thinking this is their safe space and hide from what 90% of the entire fanbase think about Mount for example. If the moderators think I deserve ban for this, go ahead I certainly ain't losing sleep over it if it makes guys like Tomo feel better at night reading the forum while keep living his bubble about Mount.

St Étienne ‘strongly considering’ Malang Sarr on long-term loan from Chelsea

Back to France?

https://weaintgotnohistory.sbnation.com/chelsea-fc-transfer-rumours-news/2020/10/3/21499505/st-etienne-strongly-considering-malang-sarr-on-long-term-loan-from-chelsea-report

After reports that Italian side Sampdoria may be interested in signing Malang Sarr on loan, another club have joined the fray.

According to Téléfoot Chaine (via GFFN), Ligue 1 club St Étienne, also known by their much cooler, abbreviated name, ASSE are also considering a loan move. ASSE have sold their star centre back, Wesley Fofana to Leicester City for a club record price of €35m, breaking the previous record of €30m, which they got in return for William Saliba from Arsenal last season.

After selling their two most talented center backs in consecutive summers, ASSE, who sold Kurt Zouma to us back in 2013, are a bit short at the position: Timothée Kolodziejczak and Harold Moukoudi as their only senior options, which could indeed make for a good situation for Sarr.

In addition, at ASSE, Sarr would play under Claude Puel, the same manager under whom he made his breakthrough at OGC Nice back in 2016.

The report further claims that St Étienne are even willing to take Sarr for two full seasons should Chelsea accept the proposition.

While ASSE do not represent a step forward for Sarr in terms of level of competition, they do sound like a good option overall, should he choose to return to France.

Bayern Munich and Chelsea have reached an agreement regarding tricky winger

Chelsea have agreed a loan deal with Bayern Munich for Callum Hudson-Odoi.

https://www.football.london/chelsea-fc/news/blues-reach-agreement-over-hudson-19042495

The German giants have long been admirers of Hudson-Odoi and tried to sign him in January 2019 before he agreed a new contract with Chelsea.

He has since struggled to earn regular starts at Stamford Bridge, and now Sky Germany (via Fussball Transfers ) are reporting that the two clubs have a ‘fundamental agreement’ over a loan move.

Included in the deal is a purchase commitment from Bayern for next summer. The German club have been keen to add depth out wide after choosing not to purchase Ivan Perisic following a loan spell at the club.

Confirmed:  Ulreich before HSV change

Sven Ulreich was number two at FC Bayern for five years. Now he wants to play regularly again and is apparently moving to the second division.
