You don't have to quatentine if you've been in Italy.

It changes daily mate - so I always assume the worst.

He's been in Portugal recently too - so is that excluded or part of the Quarantine zone? It's all so confusing for a virus that is so deadly you have to be tested to see if you have it...

Yeah Portugal were took off last week i think.

I don't think Italy are in any danger of being added to the list anytime soon, in terms of cases they're doing very well compared to Spain, France and even Germany.

He only costs double the price lol

Cesc was 10 years ago and Rice is now. Ten years ago 30M got you a great player, these days not so much.

Lille sold Hazard for £32M and Pepe for £72M. Different times, different market.

Not really. According to sources, Denis Zakaria costs 50 million Euros max (last year, now he costs less) ., while Rice costs 80 million pounds. It is just that English players cost double the price. Technically, Zakaria is much better than Rice. Defensive wise, they are similar. So, just different nationalities

No one is paying £80M for Rice, it's just an over the top price West Ham have set to ward off any offers because they don't want to sell yet. When he eventually does move, the price will be a lot lower than that.

Sure there might be the infamous English tax on the price like with Chillwell but are you seriously suggesting the market hasn't inflated in the last ten years?

No, I am not saying that prices overall have not changed, but English players go for much more than the non English players, even though most are not better than the non English alternatives. Maguire 80 million? Chilwell second most expensive Lb of all time? Rice will go for at least 70 million pounds.

The main reason is that PL teams have a lot of money. They don't need to sell. It would be the same if you asked for one of Leicester's foreign players. They sold Mahrez for a big fee. Soyuncu would cost just as much as Maguire did if he were to leave etc.. Rice is West Ham's best player. He's the last player they would wanna sell. Unless they receive a ridiculous offer, they will not even entertain the idea.

Edouard Mendy is a HARD PASS, especially for an INANE £45m.

He looked sketchy in the last game I watched

Rennes signed Mendy from Reims for just £3.6million in August 2019 and a £45m buy would mean his value has risen by over 12.5 times in one season.

Where did you get the 45 million pound price from?
