The other thing which encourages me is that, even taking the injury into account, there were times when Sancho was above Pulli in the BVB pecking order and I like Pulli more than I was expecting to. On the other hand, many of Sancho's YouTubes haven't impressed me. I like some of his passing in and around the box, a big need of ours in my opinion, but his dribbling sometimes looks loose, and there are times when I feel he's trying too hard with some of the flashy tricks he tries.

A word of caution on Sancho is that he might not score or provide an assist as regularly as now because the defending in the Premier League won't be as generous as it is in the Bundesliga.

But this is Chelsea we're talking about. It will not be surprising at all if, say, the board decide to buy Ziyech instead of Sancho because he is cheaper despite not being as good as the latter.

Us wanting Ziyech in January sounds like BS too think they just want news expect more of this until end of the season imo.

Saw earlier an article that Charlie Nicholas did and whilst I'm not really a fan of him on Soccer Saturday (his embarrassing Arsenal bias probably doesn't help that opinion of him!), it was interesting that he highly rates Edouard at Celtic and thinks he could be a real good striker in the Premier League. He name dropped Chelsea and United as teams he could potentially see him moving too and being a great signing because we were both linked with Dembele (who of course was at Celtic too before Lyon) and Nicholas thinks Edouard is the better player, at least based on time at Celtic and has the higher ceiling.

Would likely be half the price too. I don't know if anyone has any thoughts on this who watch Scottish football more often?
