Must 3 points ofc, and Porto game should not influence team selection. Saturday noon, Wednesday evening. 4 and a half days between games. But after that rotation is needed because Palace is coming less than 3 days after Porto and Porto 3 days after Palace.

Mendy, Azpi, Alonso, Silva, Jorginho do not go to play for int. teams so this is half team fresh for this. Puli just have 2 friendlies.

someone on the PL match scheduling desk has done a good analysis on how to pitch our kick offs in order to take points off us. we will still win this

On the other hand it means we have more rest before the crucial away game against Porto and given WBA is practically relegated we should really win this and put pressure on the teams around us.

It is Big Sam though. Have been suddenly having memories of his Palace side shithousing their way to a 2-1 win at the Bridge 4 years ago.

Yes but to be fair if I remember correctly back then we had the title pretty much in our bag and he actually had a decent side at Palace, not sure if the same could be said of WBA.

We were in the driving seat back then but it wasn't quite done and dusted yet. And yes that Palace was better than this West Brom. Shit can happen and we did just struggle to beat the Premier League bottom side yesterday.
