Problem is that Giroud is only good for certain teams. If that was a more offensive team, he would have been useless.

He is not built for these big games as of yet imo, either Werner or Giroud had to play striker. Also it doesnt matter whom is the ref, the agenda comea from higher ups, the refs simply doing their bidding.

Seesshh....Spurs were awful in that second half, just sitting back like a boring West Ham side.

I know Frank kept Tammy on to press the opposition and attack on the counter, but the way Spurs were sitting back for the majority of 45-70 minute of the game, we could have had Giroud on sooner, especially at the end of the crosses from James.

Disappointed at the lack of 3 points,..it would have been a well deserved advantage at this stage of the season, but good that we prevented from Spurs getting further ahead.

I would have smashed my screen if Zouma's mistake had led to a goal in the end.

Referee was a freaking dumbass.

Regardless of the result, I'm hugely impressed with the defensive side of our game.

Looking at how we've improved from last season.

Kept the golden children of Kane and Son on a leash, unable to create anything of note.. Kante, Mount and Kovacic were SUPERB! Same goes for our back 4 and Mendy

I never want to see people come at me, whenever I criticise Abraham again. He cost us the game, if Giroud or Werner started as a striker then we could have won the game for sure. 

I don't blame Lampard though, because Tammy was in good form. However we all know Abraham chokes in big games. He done it last season as well, he's simply not ready for Chelsea.

If this was a title race in late March ok maybe two points dropped as we were clearly the better team, but now it is too early, it is a draw that won't mean that much in the grand scheme of things IMHO.

I'm taking the positives, another clean sheet and a very solid display in midfield, shout out to Thiago Silva and Kovacic great game from both of them. Mendy rock solid as he's always been since coming here and I feel Giroud would have taken at least one of Tammy's chances, the headers I mean. Reece and Ziyech not the best of games, but as I said we're massively improving as a team with every week passing by and that's w/o two of our best players Havertz and Pulisic that have not yet been integrated in the first team and our centre forward still playing on the wing.

Havertz is getting fitness after having pretty heavy symptoms of Covid.
