Of course it makes us angry.....we ll know this team need major changes. Saying 1-2 is sending the wrong message. Either say we are looking into it or just stay silent. Rackitic is dross now......we need quality, player that can cope with EPL and CL.

rakitic was just an example, there are a lot of great MF 

the wrong message for fans who want to change 10 players in a row, but it is unlikely imho

He is right though. Rather we spend 150 on 2-3 quality world class players like Liverpool did with Alison and VVD. This team is close to greatness its just inconsistent. Use squad players and youth to fill in full back and back up spots like Liverpool. Thats the model we should go for.

Lets hope we can identify and get our targets, we are shit up the Creek as it is. There will be many hungry Clubs this summer, we must act fast and get quality in. Lets be honest we need plenty new players, plenty that we must get rid of. This is the summer to go all out mate, cuz we will be serving a ban this Jan and next summer. We cant afford to be soft. We just cant.....its for the good of the Club and its immediate future.

You don't go and effectively say your players are shit while you have to rely on them still, Conte took that approach and look what happened there.  I didn't watch the press conference was he asked or did he volunteer the info? If the latter he probably should have kept quiet but if asked he gave the correct answer, it's the middle ground between saying we need an overhaul (which will piss off the players) and saying we need no one (which will piss off the fans), that answer keeps both relatively content.

Hopefully someone with better knowledge can  confirm or deny, but my understanding is the appeal can take months but in the meantime they can decide to freeze the ban until the appeal has been heard which would give us the summer window in theory to trade.

While appeal itself will take months, the CAS will decide on whether to approve Chelsea’s request to temporarily lift the ban pending the outcome of the appeal shortly after FIFA has a chance to respond to Chelsea’s request.

He should have answer like a pundit. Most of these player are not Chelsea material. They did not work hard enough, they don't have enough fight in them, they don't have heart and determination. But those are bs answer. 

We don't need 10 players. We need improvement in our fb area and maybe a no 9. That is it. We can signed a CB next season and we are pretty much set.

If we're not going to find out until the middle of the transfer window we might as well just swallow the ban and try to get by next season. 

Players are not going to wait for us with all the uncertainty and too many big teams will be active in the market this summer.

Even if we got a couple of weeks at the end of the window, we're likely to then have to pay premium prices and some of our main targets may already be gone.
