Jason could you stick a new thread up (or in this thread) with a poll asking who Chelsea fans want to be the next manager (temporarily and/or permenently). Now this is done i'm curious to know the general feeling even though I have a horrible feeling it will Pep the bellend.

Joke. Watch the circus now, theyll probably apoint Stamford the Lion.

Nah mate, we've already done wrong by one club heroine this season, Eva Carneiro. It's Bridget's job for the taking. Just brace yourself for the claims of sexism when we bin her in 6 months because the players have taken the hump.

Chelsea Football Club and Jose Mourinho have today parted company by mutual consent.
All at Chelsea thank Jose for his immense contribution since he returned as manager in the summer of 2013.
His three league titles, FA Cup, Community Shield and three League Cup wins over two spells make him the most successful manager in our 110-year history. But both Jose and the board agreed results have not been good enough this season and believe it is in the best interests of both parties to go our separate ways.
The club wishes to make clear Jose leaves us on good terms and will always remain a much-loved, respected and significant figure at Chelsea. His legacy at Stamford Bridge and in England has long been guaranteed and he will always be warmly welcomed back to Stamford Bridge.
The club’s focus is now on ensuring our talented squad reaches its potential.
There will be no further comment until a new appointment is made.

Make no mistake, this is far more than player power. We're not struggling to keep up with top 4. We're battling relegation and that's simply not tolerable for this club. If the training tactics aren't being translated on the field on game-day, Jose needed to find a way to make it. Nothing was changing. Nothing was getting better. It was the same stuff trotted out every weekend, with some things going our way in Europe.

I'll never hate Jose. I'll never dislike him. He did so much for this club and we wouldn't be where we are (for better and worse) without him. Regardless of how he's portrayed himself in the media, he is one of us and always will be.
