CMS 382
If we are hiring crazy guys, I would love it that we hire Bielsa for one season. Might be the perfect time to have someone like him for this short term time. He is available, is a top coach but very crazy, and can do great work in a short period of time as he did with Bilbao and Marseille. Only I would not keep him long term because he demands too much. And you can't play his type of futbol every season, players get warn out. But would be perfect for right now till the end of the season. But hey that's my humble opinion, don't know what the club wants or is thinking. You have a coach who is out there taking abuses and fighting for the betterment of Chelsea and what exactly are proposing? Hiring a "Crazy guy" to replace him because why? You are a Psychiatrist and you've examined Jose professionally to certify that he is crazy? You are pathetic. Muzchap 8,966
Absolute rubbish. Jose has got nothing to do with the club being hated. They've always hated Chelsea from day one. Just another reason to, because of his success with the club. Its rather unfortunate some peeps here are from the "What have you done for me lately club" How quickly we forget. Without Jose Chelsea will still be a club like the Spurs, counting our blessing if we make top four.OK - you are entitled to your opinion But I would prefer our manager to not keeping antagonising the FA and Referee's - it will only end one way - badly for us. I don't see how that argument is rubbish and will be born out once we understand his punishment from today...As for other fans hating us - I have no problem with that, it's normally borne out of jealousy! And as for what has Jose done for us - he's done a great deal - I'm not saying he hasn't - I just don't think he's cut out for long Managerial positions. There's nothing wrong with that. I just need him and the club to realise this and move on.Jose is and will always be remembered as great manager for Chelsea - but he's no Alex Ferguson - he just doesn't have the long term vision bethos1 and zolayes
didierforever 7,349
As for Jose I give him 3 games to turn the season around. Stoke away - keeping us in the Cup, Liverpool home, to show we can still compete at home in the PL, and the Dynamo home game to see if we still qualify for the CL. If we don't win/draw all of them I expect him to go.so basically, you want us to be out of the carling cup, out of the CL and 75% out of the race for top 4 (since losing to pool would be a 6 pointer in that race if we actually are looking for that).sorry, not willing to take that chance. its quite clear by now that he cant get the best anything out of these players. high time he is kicked out. Blue Gino 377
Jose is as pissed off and confused as the rest of us. What he says or doesn't say to the press means nothing to me. I just want to know if a lot of the players wear ski masks when they collect a check Essien19

DYC. 7,542
There's also Marcelo Bielsa hanging around. Heck that might be the best crazy option if we want Pep coming over here. Pep loves Bielsa, and Bielsa being here would pave the way for Pep. I know it's crazy but in times like this crazy decisions is often warranted. Bielsa starts off really great before everything goes down south. Maybe he is the perfect interim manager. killer1257 and Fernando

Blue Gino 377
Bielsa resigned after the first league match for Marseille saying they had plenty of chances to score but failed so my work here is done. I'm going back to Argentina. Yeah screw that nut job xPetrCechx, CMS and 11Drogba
CMS 382
True we have always been disliked by others, But tbh the way Jose acts mainly since he come back he has made us more hated with the utter BS he talks week after week. So you will like him better if he shuts up and does not speak the truth about the injustices that Chelsea are suffering from the English F.A and the referees? Hmn! I guess you want a "dummy" for a coach. The man is fighting for what is right for Chelsea and you are here berating him and beating him up. Congrats.. Popular Post! CMS 382 Posted October 24, 2015 Popular Post! Share Posted October 24, 2015 I think some people are totally clueless about the advantages of a top class coach. Without Jose, a lot of the players we got lately will not be at Chelsea. I cannot see someone like Messi, Pogba, or any other top players saying, oh look they've just hired a "crazy guy" from Argentina at Chelsea and I'm going there. Or look its "Steve Holland" I'm going to Chelsea to play for him. Without his phone calls, not of the top players will come to Chelsea. The game today was lost by the players. Firstly, poor clearance by Costa, then ball being readied for shot by Zarate and Hazard was caught napping again, just like in other goals this season. Second goal, John Terry making stupid clearances out our box to barely 10 yards away, crossed back to the box, he loses Andy who was less than a yard from him and left Aspi to be mugged by Andy for a goal. By the way that was a foul on Andy, First card on Matic, he took a professional card for the team. Second one was questionable.Grabbing a shirt load of Aspi and still holding him back unable to challenge for the ball stroey, Blue Armour, Gappy and 2 others
Blue Gino 377
I can see why someone like Pep would skip working for Chelsea when Emenalo comes at you with "hey I got Falcao and Djilobodji for cheap boss"

didierforever 7,349
Have you ever coached anyone or a team before? When you do, come back and tell us what you've seen. lolwow, what an argument on a forum designed to discuss a football club and everything related to it.comeback when you have a proper reply. oh, well, seems like the guy you are backing himself has no clue as to what is happening, how can i expect his blind fans to have any.by the way, we got hazard, oscar, azpi when RDM was our manager. mata,GC when AVB was our manager. so getting players wont be that tough. if jose's only use is to "get players by talking to them on the phone". fine, keep him as a telephone operator or something.
