Blue_Fox_ 2,086
Wilmots is not a decent manager, he's a bad manager.aaaahhh i see......Still my point remains, give this team to Lippi 2006 and the team would win convincingly. You do seem a bit confused about what you're saying tbh......So, José is overrated, but any decent manager would do? hmmmm......Sorry but i think now you're changing your tune.Back to the drawing board, as any "decent manager" would say. didierforever 7,349
Where would he find a new job so quickly? Can't see any way he goes to PSG as he'd be bored out of his mind with that league. Likewise Serie A. Can't go back to Spain. It's either wait for Van Gaal's contract to run out and hope he can persuade them to hire him or take a much smaller job. There are only so many top clubs out there he can manage and he's gone through quite a few.better to be bored by winning a shit league than be bored by staying at home doing nothing?and last time i checked psg had a lot of "tall players". and maybe he would sell us verratti cos u know, he is not tall. So much luck and fortune is involved in the CL too. Winning Ligue 1 is already basically a given for them.

Tomo 21,754
It was an example ffs. Players win you trophies, managers make you think they make you win trophies. They might make a difference yes. José is making a negative difference, that's for sure. Give Ferguson or Guardiola 11 donkeys and they win exactly nothing. And here comes the "what do you mean, YOU? Are you not a CHELSEA fan!!!?" argument again. ^^Of course the managers need good players, but your making it sound like managers don't make much difference which is very false. Popular Post! Essien19 1,415 Posted October 7, 2015 Popular Post! Share Posted October 7, 2015 So much worries about Joses future job possibilities. They won't take him, he plays boring Football and wins you trophies, but he is the devil!NoooooooooooooYou don't like him but he already is in your heads, big time, hahaEveryone has his own opinion. I don't think that Jose would have Problems by finding a new Club. United, City, Spurs, PSG, even Perez would take him in a heartbeat. The national Job is an option too, seeing Ronald again, that would be fun. But not going to happen soon, because he is one of us and not running away...fucking love you Jose, great guy and good for the Club in the longterm! Spike 12,049
Strange - why do we automatically need new players?I'm more than confident that with a change of formation, dropping some players and bringing others in we have enough in our locker to challenge for the Top 4 positions. Let me caveat that by saying if another manager came in, picked on merit and expanded our attacking play we would be fine. We don't need a tactical genius - we just need a manager that understand attacking shape, pressing and pass/move - all the things we seem to fail at - it's like watching a Sunday football team.nice to see that since the Board backed Mourinho - people no longer want him gone. I wonder how many will change their mind if we lose at Villa. This - I will give him one more game - exercise is futile and the Board have dropped a clanger. It isn't that the club needs new players (or that I believe so) but new managers do often bring in people that they are familiar with.
