Ashley Cole has been told to quit Twitter after his latest outburst.

And

England could drop Chelsea left-back Ashley Cole after his Twitter rant at FA

Not a bad thing considering the fixture list we have.

Restricting the players communications with the fans like that would be a step backwards, modern football clubs should be adapting. Forcing him to quit twitter sends out the wrong messages, a slap on the wrists will suffice.

Cole is greatly underrated as a footballer, and looking at the great pile of shit that is the FA and media, he is massively underrated as a person and a professional.

To tell him hes not having the armband for his 100th appearance is childish and pathetic

If he hadnt said sorry the FA wouldnt know what to do, they couldnt risk losing the best left back as well as Capello, Terry, and Hodgson would probably have gone as well.

To me it's a real shame he's "apologised", he's been a far better servant to England than any of those self serving institutionalised racists/sexists at the FA.

Ashley cole replied shearer for his tweet

Link below

www.goal.com/en/news/9/england/2012/10/08/3434388/ashley-cole-in-new-twitter-clash-with-alan-shearer

Quote from goal.com below

[[The 31-year-old hit back at Shearer by retweeting

a comment that read: "Alan Shearer says [Ashley

Cole] needs to be banned for comments. I want

his opinion on bans for kicking Neil Lennon in the

head. #GlassHouses"

Shearer escaped punishment despite appearing

to kick the Celtic manager and former Leicester

City midfielder in 1998. It was speculated at the

time that, as England captain, the Newcastle

United player was treated leniently with the World

Cup in France looming.]]

Spot on from ashley, shearer shouldn't be giving any advice after commiting worse  *dance*
