This can't be true... fuck me :S What were they THINKING?! I can understand it only if his salary is reduced to 1£/week and not included in the squads to free up a foreign space. It's like playing a lottery thinking anyone would want him now that he has a new contract... in fact, winning a lottery or coming out of the Sahara desert alive would be more realistic. We can only hope it's the club's intention to sell him for some donut money, and meanwhile let's hope he gets a huge paycut.

Much rather re-sign Drogba for a year than extend Kalou's contract. Salomon had a decent run here (time wise) and it's time we move on.

With Drogba's new contract talks stalling...there are quite a few European clubs sniffing around for his services as a free agent (eg. Bayern Munich; AC Milan; Spurs to name a few..)

Kalou's receiving a new contract? That's the worst possible news...we should let Kalou go for free..I mean we managed to let Fabio Borini leave on a free-transfer and then join up with Roma where he is playing REGULARLY..
