Cr7 isnt one of the best players ever....

Barcelona play a specific style, a specific way, just because you are great in one system, doesnt make you great in every system.. At Barcelona, he would never fit their style, just like he wouldnt fit Spain. Look at Cesc, Arsenal/Chelsea cesc vs Spain/barcelona Cesc.....Or Barcelona yaya vs city yaya...

The same exact way Spain achieve all their glory when they finally dropped Raul from Espana and used torres/villa instead. Cr7 would never start for barcelona or any pep team and probably a cruff team as well.

Dude just stop... You're embarrassing yourself mightily. It's not even open for debate. Cr7 is without question one of the greatest footballers of all time. Any suggestion otherwise is either immature or extremely dim

It's easear to start questioning if Messi last year deserved to be in the starting eleven of Barcelona after thar mediocre season.

Yes Crsitiano will be between the 5 best players of the history of football. Pelé, Maradona, Di Stefano and after that will be between Messi and Ronaldo. FOr example Ronaldo is a lot better than Eusebio (I think he is the number 7 in history or something like that in the opinion of FIFA).

ROnaldo in the end of this season will have the historical record of golden boots (he is not a ST), will be 3 times best player in the world, will be the best scorer in the history of CHampions League in one season, and maybe will beat Raul and Di Stefano as the best scorer in the history of the best club in the history of football in less 10 seasons than Raul.

Cristiano is the only player in the history of Real Madrid with more than 1 goal scored per game. A club that had Di Stefano and Puskas in his team 60 years ago when Real Madrid was a lot better than every one. At than time they won 5 european cups in a row,

and on the topic of barcelona's style I'm pretty sure they would adjust their style to get one of the greatest footballers ever to play into their XI. the mere suggestion of Ronaldo not getting into any team in any era is so poor for anyone who watches football.

I agree with you, one of the best players of all time is a stretch. One of the best players of this generation is correct. He's got nothing on Zidane, Romario, Garrincha, Messi, Maradona etc.

I saw a recent poll and cristiano was voted the best athlete ever....

Not just in football, but in all sports... Thats how I know people, especially the younger kids are hella dumb.

They don't know anything.. majority of voters probably haven't even watched him play more than 10 times!

But the best athlete is entirely subjective, I believe that goes to Usain Bolt or Muhammad Ali.

Oh my god...

I saw all of that players and many more (and almost everyone here saw them too).

The only one with quality comparable to Cristiano and Messi is Ronaldo, and unfortunately he had a lot of problems with injuries..

Yesterday someone in the Real Madrid forum was saying that the only person that misses Rnaldo in Madrid is the owner of Macdonalds. Obviously he was a great player but could do it at that level in Barcelona and a little bit in Inter. Ronaldo never was the same after his injury... ROnaldo was great 2 or 3 seasons.

All the others you must be joking for sure (with all the respect for ZIdane that was incredible also... but... )

Landrup was one of the best player ever to come out..

Nesta/maldini are one of the best defenders to come out in recent generations

Lahm might be the best all around full back in all time along with cafu.

Brazilian Ronaldo was great even when he was 100 kgs...
