i've just read this too, i wonder which players?

Well if it is racial as the rumors go, then it is probably Mikel and Rami.

Honestly I hope the rumors are wrong and Mark did not racially abuse anyone. After the JT saga, I don't think I can get myself to read another article about racism in football, they (the journos) ruined the cause.

There's so much work to do with David Luiz. I don't like his ability to read the game, not to mention poor man marking. He wanders out to half heartedly defend a cross, one which Cole would have closed down and blocked, that led to RVP's goal. He tries to dispossess players like Rooney and fails, then leaving the remaining defenders out numbered and sitting ducks. David Luiz has his moments of brilliance but if he's going to follow in the footsteps of Terry and be the leader he says he's capable of being, he's got to improve vastly if this defense is going to get better. Cole and Ivanovic will do the job as will Cahill but Luiz needs to reproduce the form he showed in Munich.

We havent heard the last of went on today -not only Clattenburg but it kicked off  in the West Stand when their 3rd went in, and seats were thrown.

In the West Stand?!?!?! Really?!?! Bloody hell!! They never even make noise ever never mind react to a goal...espically to throw a chair! Mental

And crazy about Mark if true..course be our fault he said it...

"I felt like we were getting back into the game for the 5 minutes before the Ivanovic sending off. A lot of opposition fans will argue that Chelsea would have won, but I'm quite confident that we would of went on and won that 11 v 10."

Read this on redcafe, idiot is confident they would have won against 10 when they needed an offside goal to win against 9.

One major factor of our game that RDM really needs to sort out now and quick is our defending. The defence have looked shambolic since that Norwich game. You have seen players getting caught out of position too easily, not tracking hard back enough, confusion in the back 4 and opposition players finding ample of space in our penalty box. We have conceded 7 goals in our last 3 games and at least 4-5 of them have come from some really poor defending. Gallas, Teixeira and United's first two goals all came because we gone to sleep and had no organization whatsoever in our defence to deal with those threats.

Also, we really need to stop starting a half so slowly. Even though we beat Spurs the other day, we started the second half slowly and they turned the game around. Same thing happened with Shakhtar. Allowed their throw-in to come in way too easy and was unaware of it and again, it happened today. Whole team including defence was non-existent for the first two United goals. Not overreacting here or anything like that but it's worth remembering that RDM was sacked by West Brom because they were losing games and conceding goals sloppily from all direction. He need to get the defensive balance and organization right and not let this back-to-back defeats turn into a poor run of form.

I agree about the poor defending HOWEVER we also have to take into consideration that this more expansive style will not only naturally make us concede more goals but also take time to strike the balance. Take into account we have played three very good attacking teams this week.

Prior to this we had been pretty stingy defensively and kept a few clean sheets so i think there is definately something positive there. If we were conceding regularly against Wigan, etc then i would be more worried.

We need to be patient with it but at least we know that domestically at least we are more than capable of outscoring any team.

I just feel so unfulfilled. The game was like a classic 3 act movie. In the first act, ManU dominated and Chelsea looked hopeless. In the second act, Chelsea rebounded and dominated and ManU couldn't keep with them. Then the third act came from outer space. It was like watching The Godfather and then 2/3 way through the movie, it turns from a brilliant drama into a teen dance movie. I still have the "what the fuck just happened?" feeling.

A seat was thrown at Hernandez.

Ivans fault for even giving him the chance, shouldn't run around across him that closely, it will be a red any day if he goes down... and most pro footballers will.

Agree with this, it was obvious Young was looking for a chance to fall down, would have been better for him to have kept his distance and made young try to finish the chance
