Not even messi plays as great as he can all the time. We have Hazard, growing in consistency. That - in itself- is an asset, not a reason to nag or be malcontent.

I agree, but why is it so hard to say Hazard had an off day? Why is it oh Azpi didnt help him or too many long balls or blah blah blah. Everyone has bad days, lets not make excuses just because they are our star player.

I thought Hazard was decent. He did a really good job of drawing fouls when we were under pressure and broke away well at times. Can't expect him to score every game, but he did enough to justify his place on the pitch.

We didn't keep the ball well and he lacked confidence to really push forward knowing that if we lose the ball he has to run back.

oh he was more than just okay. Hazard made some terrific runs and showed moments of great trickery and awareness. Today his game was more about the defending than attacking but nevertheless the attacking midfielder played very well.
