Naked Mole Rat 437
Not trophy whores, their cash whores. They only came here for the money. It has nothing to do with the fact that we actually challenge and win trophies every other year..Excellent point. Footballers nowadays are just pathetic. Thank god for Wenger and his players for not giving into such evil and sticking to their marvelous philosophy, though. They have been very consistent with their philosophy over the past few years. Haven't won anything for 7 years now, eh? My word, football would be nothing without those heroes.
Spike 12,049
It's all about the profit margins.Sloth is responsible for introducing this picture.
capriccioso 2,545
Yeah, we're plastic for running our club at a debt to win trophies but they're organic bastions of moral football for setting aside everything to focus on profit. Investment vehicles are better for football than billionaire takeovers.

capriccioso 2,545
Exactly. Football is all about making money, not at all about fielding strong teams and winning trophies. Arsene Wenger really is a genius you know. Degree in economics, no wonder Le Prof is the best (general) manager (of finance) in the world. He's so good, the EU should just take his economic advice on restructuring debt and rebuilding national economies. Bring in cheap, young workers from other parts of the world, train and groom them into the best of their industry and then export them to richer places. Problem solved. Spike 12,049
And don't forget he is possibly the only manager in the world that can fail so much with an 'Invincible Team'.
Zinedine Iniesco 172
You are just jealous cause my teams can actually play football, and not hoofball, go and sink with your trophies..muahahahSeriously though, the self-indulging and hatred, and trolling in this thread is quite entertaining.Oh arsenal...the failure.. LDN Blue 7,903
Oh arsenal...the failure.. It wasn't so long Mr Wenger was linked with Madrid - How would you have felt about that?
Leif 6,006
In other news, Arsenal fans seem awfully sad on Twitter that Benayoun is officially leaving them tomorrow, and his 1st name is even trending on Twitter! He was very good with them. Fits their style perfectly. Unfortunately, although I really like him, I don't believe there's space for him here. Would be happy getting £3mil+ for him. I guess the board does not see as Arsenal as feisty rivalry a la United-Liverpool!

Chelseapony 76
Haha, loving the tweets by Gooners right now. And Piers Morgan, his meltdown is entertaining.I think Gooners have been very arrogant despite winning zero trophies in 7 years and now they're getting what they deserve.Of course last year they kinda recovered so I'll hold off on saying they're going down or they're finished or anything like that. Fingers crossed.I just want Arsenal to miss qualification CL for one year, that's all I ask.
Ollie 4,400
I need to see him actually leave and i need Arsenal to fail to qualify for the Champions League before i can come here and ejaculate. I've had a very enjoyable 7 years or so but they still aint dead and they still did what they did to us in October. I need this club to do a Rangers. Spike 12,049
A West Brom fan on Van Perie's contract refusal:this is the same as a cologne fan saying " how dare podolski not stay loyal to the club that made him! he is a traitor and a mercenary for going to moneybags arsenal! " It doesn't make any sense, a player in the prime of his career has the right to move on to bigger things before it's too late rather than stay at a weaker club and not win anything. He really got them with the Podolski part. KonohasOrangeFlash 2,607
Haha, loving the tweets by Gooners right now. And Piers Morgan, his meltdown is entertaining. He is an idiot. He actually said Benzema was past it. Unbelievable. Although we do agree with one thing. Any Arsenal fan who think's we'll win trophies with Podolski & Giroud replacing RVP is living in cloud bloody cuckoo land.Well said Morgan, you cunt. Well said. robdog 2,084
So now Walcott is going to do an Ashley Cole??? Straight comedy...If you want to play pretty footie, then goto le arse. If you want to win silverware, then goto another side
