There's been some rumours for a while that if Boris was elected he'd sort out his visa, so it would make sense if said rumours are true. And with the uncertainty around Brexit hopefully coming to a close, it actually ties in nicely with Chelsea's official reasoning behind delaying the stadium (whether true or a smokescreen), to hopefully get the thing back up and running again.
