Your post is exactly what's wrong with the whole election. Never do I say that Hillary has integrity (though definitely more than Trump) but instead of commenting on one of the dozens of things about Trump that WE ACTUALLY KNOW (like, for example, him changing his opinion daily and being completely unreliable concerning the truth of anything he says ) you choose to rip Clinton for one story, which isn't even proven to be fact.

During this whole election process Clinton has been criticised for the smallest shit possible like her not being able to bond with young people and not being modern enough (again, neither is Trump) whereas Trump has gotten away with blatantly and openly dehumanizing opinions and calling for open season on Clinton and journalist, only to name one of the many unbelievable things he has said.

People are freaking out for nothing. We're not going to turn into Nazi Germany. There's a thing called checks and balances. No matter what Trump wants, the congress and Supreme Court has to approve. In this regard, I'd be more afraid of Hillary than Trump. Any ridiculous measures Trump wants passed would instantly shot down by other politicians.

What Putin was talking about is absolute bollocks mate. I know that because the case he's talking about happened here in Austria and we talked about it in my civil procedure law class a few weeks ago

Our high court had to reverse 1 (!) part of the decision because parts of the written legal justification were missing (i.e. the official document was not complete) which is why they had to call the previous court again. The convict didn't leave prison nor is he free now.

Putin can shove any moral accusations up his ass anyway. Someone who doesn't give a fuck about human rights in his own country has lost any credibility for speaking about other nations in that regard.

People need to realize that Trump is an actual mirror of today's west society.

Most of us had enough of PC, Feminism, Muslim 'Invasion', Leftist liberalism, Globalism and much more -ism.

I want an Identity for my Country, I want to be proud of my heritage, I want to be happy that i'm a male, I want to be happy that i'm straight,  I want to be happy that i'm White. 

This doesn't mean that:

I don't respect your Country, I don't respect your heritage, I don't respect your gender, I don't respect your sexual orientation, I don't respect whatever colour you are.

I just want to be happy with myself, a thing which PC is trying to push us away from.

Being called dumb and a sexist and a bigot and a racist and a xenophobe and a islamophobe and probably 100 more -phobe, -ism, -ist the moment you simply are proud of yourself is just plain ridiculous.

Today's elite society has pushed us into a Corner where you have to love and accept everybody else except yourself.

Lower class people aren't considered to be proper human beings and are being stripped off of their basic human rights.

Middle class people are being pushed into hard and shitty work for the minimum payment.

The Upper class is where the Elite really puts their interests in.

According to The Local, Supreme Court President Thomas Philipp said that although the verdict was ‘watertight’ with regard to the serious sexual abuse of a juvenile, the written verdict on the second indictment, rape, cannot be sufficiently proved.

According to the court, the initial trial should have ascertained whether the offender had thought that the victim agreed with the sexual act and whether he had the intention to act against the will of the boy.

Which is what I said if my English is not failing me. The initial court didn't have a complete justificiation for the rape which is why the OGH had to call the initial court again.

Since the rape proceeding will be conducted again a (new) psychological opinion will also have to be taken into accout according to which the boy is suffering from a PTSD so the sentence can be lifted up to 15 years, too.

Still, nothing that Putin said was factually correct. The court simply had to do its job and guarantee a fair trial for everyone involved (Something - again - Putin's Russia doesn't seem to think highly of when it concerns them). Whether the sentence is long enough or not is a whole different matter, though, and something the jurisdiction has no control over.
