The most overrated player in the squad by a country mile. He only ever looks comfortable when he has massive protection/we're parking the bus and camped inside our own box.

He's just not good enough defensively or with the ball at his feet. I'm hoping either Ivanovic moves inside eventually or Zouma gets a chance.

I dont know if i'd stretch that far, could be true, but both Cahill and JT were wayyy too passive in defense. They seemed scared to make any tackles, which was just bizzare to see at times. Like Draxler should have been tackled years before he made that pass to Huntelaar. Felipe Luis was the only defender who seemed to know tackling was part of the job. Shocking scenes in defense i must say.

He isn't really world class but really dude...England vice captain, I know England have a shit team now but still you don't get into regular starting 11 unless you are decent.

Two embarrassing pieces of defending on both their best chances today. Worst 1v1 defender on the team by a country mile. Despite JT's susceptibility to pace you rarely ever see him get done like that.

I mean it's fucking Huntelaar he's defending not Messi or Suarez. Even if you mistime your challenge you still prevent the counter, you can't let one of the best finishers in the World run into the box completely unchallenged.
