First I heard of it was on twitter, so I tuned in to SSN and saw Jim White repeat it saying Chelsea were in for a big name signing, possibly tonight. Bryan then commented something along the lines of Jim teasing the Chelsea fans (in terms of not revealing who, rather than lying) and that any updates would be made on SSN.
