Only started six games in all competitions this season and not many substitute appearances either. In some games Guardiola has even played Lahm in the DMC position with Javi on the bench.

Yes I know, but we are really only stacked with wingers and AM's.. They are stacking for each and every positions. I'm not judging or something for it, it's a smart move, just a really expensive one which won't work if FFP will work like it should.

half way point of the transfer window, i would say we have done well.

sold kdb for 16mil which will go up to 20mil. sold kakuta (hopefully) as a makeshift for the matic deal.

now with matic in the squad, and mvg and lamps coming back from their injury, we have 5 good options for CMs. hopefully we can get essien off our books as well.

If Mata doesn't have a team built around him and isn't getting confident from the manager, he sucks

If Rooney doesn't have a team built around him and had a fight with the manager? Still scores 30 yards screamers and getting good amount of goals/assists over the course of the season(last year)

Even a straight swap with both in their prime we are robbing MU, Rooney on his best is worth £60m+ easily, Mata at his best last season is £35m max. In the summer give MU 1 last chance by offering straight swap, if they want to play hard ball tell Rooney to buyout his contract for £12m(we pay him obviously) and let them suck on that.

I think Mata will still be with us this time next year , He is still highly talented AND offers us different options . It is a long season injuries happen
