From what I've been reading on Twitter I thought Eriksen leaving was off the table now? Neither of the big 2 in Spain fancy him enough and have bought/will buy bigger names.
I think he's stuck at Spuds.
Reports are saying he still wants to leave, so I'm sure there will be a taker should he push.

Personally don't think hes even good enou for RM. and he's no better than the attacking mids they have on their books. I think Spuds are Eriksen's level. Very good but not great.

I think Eriksen is class and the only attacking midfielders better are Lionel Messi and Kevin De Bryune.

I think he's out grown Spurs if anything.

This boy is supposed to be the best of our new crop of youngsters. It smells of Bayern being salty over the CHO drama.

It seems like we have an endless stream of promising players coming up. Shame we can't keep them all :D

Sometimes we have to take a "loss" in order to win. Like with Bulka, DaSilva and now this Musiala kid.

Atletico confirming City have met Rodri's release clause.

Fail to see how any midfield can match B.Silva, Rodri, and KDB

City are going to take some catching in the next few years (even though Pep will probably leave next summer it will still be a couple of years before his effect and impact starts to wear off).Which makes this the perfect time to go through the transition of building a style of play and getting these young players through, it's pointless going down the win now route when we won't actually win now and it appears the club know that hence the Lampard appointment and emphasis on academy (although how much of that is being done under duress due to the ban is anyone's guess).

If City get Cancelo in to go with Rodri and they are probably steamrolling the league, not even Liverpool can get that close to them this season because their most vital MF player Fernandinho and vunerable position in terms of lack of rotation now has a long term replacement and arguably a better player. Rodri, De Bruyne, Bernardo Silva with the likes of Sane, Aguero and Sterling... gonna be tough for anyone to topple.

City have had a plan embedded into their identity since the arrival of Txiki in 2012. What we are seeing now is the combination of a long term vision, financial injection, and proper manager to carry out that vision.

We, Chelsea Football Club, lack two of those.

Liverpool will strengthen and City aren't going to go into the season without one big name departing.

Liverpool had themselves to blame last season rather than City running away with it on their own merit.

And the ability to play around supposed financial limitations. Don't forget the all important one. [emoji1360]

I honestly don't see anybody get close to city. Liverpool were brilliant last season but in order to keep up they need to get lucky with injury again.

City squad is a just a joke. Some of  their bench player can start for top 6 club easily
