Was happy to see that he's alive and well. He did ok, was a very lacklustre game in truth so Arsenal basically helped him settle in. Both teams were obviously happy with the draw from the off. Players should be nice n rested now :) even the guys who played had little to do.

Had a fair game. He looked a bit nervous at the start but setteled in nicely as the game went by. Don't really understand why he got subbed especially that it was a like-for-like substitution with Mikel and not a tactical change. But it's good to at least know he is still in London!

Because he wasn't 100% fit??

Well, we if he was really 100% fit, he didn't show any sign of it. You're not really buying the clubs "sick" story to justify his absence?

Not buying into that story BUT you have to remember that he hasn't played since February and probably feel a bit rusty and not quite up to pace of the game despite him doing alright yesterday.

Fair enough. I'm actually upset not because he was subbed but that it was mikel who came on. I wanted Lamps to come on so we could really go for the game.

Nothing too wrong with the subs IMO. If anything, RDM should have brought off Kalou and/or Sturridge. The final ball was exceptionally poor. And also, I think RDM had gone there with the safety first approach and making sure we get at least a point to stay within the Top 4.

So what happens if Luiz or Cahill get a knock during the final?, do we risk bringing on Ferreira in such a high intensity game..

Or use Oriol, he does have experience as a centre back after all.

Bos will probably play CB and Paulo at RB. In fairness, Bos has done very well at CB everytime he played there.
