Also we are the one's that rejected him and Chelsea was always his first choice.

Not sure that's true. Journalists have said that Shaw wanted to move to United and only United after hearing of their interest in January, i.e. after hearing how much they'd pay him he didn't care about Chelsea (unsurprisngly).

Gareth Bale, Theo Walcott, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, Adam Lallana, Rickie Lambert, Luke Shaw and soon Callum Chambers have been hocked by Soton over the years. James Ward-Prowse still remains but I wonder who will be promoted this year.

Sam Mcqueen could be one of the players promoted this season

Once Vidal, Pogba, Tevez and a few world class players left the league will be dead. Wouldn't surprise me if 10 years from now they are the same as the Dutch league atm, every year usually 2 teams or so in CL and lucky to get out of group stage. Ajax used to dominate Europe 20-30 years ago but failure to change resulted in their decline now, cannot even compete in Europa league.

On another note, Chelsea buy the core of Atletico Madrid-a team that won the BBVA against Barca and Real, and got to CL final. Liverpool buy the core of Southampton-a team that finished 8th in the BPL. Says it all really about the difference between the 2 sides.

"I know it's a club with a great history, great fans and a lot of great players. For me, Liverpool is one of the greatest clubs in the world and I'm very excited to be part of this great history." - Divock Origi

For fucks sake, these cunts really are obsessed about their history when they force every new signing to go on and on about it. Fact is Origi was born in 1995 in Belgium so he probably doesn't give a fuck about that club's ancient history.
