killer1257 3,282
Money talks mate.If we sack Lampard, we have to pay Lampard 10 million+ to get rid of him. I do not think we have that much money left after we buy Rice Gesendet von meinem VOG-L29 mit Tapatalk

It might not be super amazing yes, but its efficient enough. Yes he must be better at transfers I agree but overall not a bad shout.

This, it is absolutely mental, hearing some pundit defending this rule is mind boggling, penalty is the easiest way to score in football. There has to be a high standard before you can be given one otherwise, it is better to look for penalty rather than trying to score goals. Pizy 18,904
City were as dominant as a team could be until Leicester scored. Then they collapsed as badly as a team could.

Milan 17,956
I love Vardy's pens. His style over Jorginho's any time of the day. killer1257
prehuman 119
I fell asleep with the exercise of harmless passes from City in the first half, I wake up and they are losing by 1-3, a little divine justice. Vardy's hat trick? What a beast.
Milan 17,956
Oh look, City are not smashing someone by 4 goals or more and Foden is therefore done.
Pizy 18,904
There were a lot of comparisons stylistically between Vardy and Timo Werner. But what makes Vardy so effective and why Timo will find it harder is that teams don't park the bus against Leicester whilst they do against Chelsea. Vardy is able to exploit acres of space to run into and get the ball in the exact situations he loves all the time. Only the big teams will allow us space and as we saw with Liverpool that was Timo's most effective game so far. As we saw against WB yesterday, he's less effective when teams park the double decker. Was still unlucky not to score twice, though. Ryan Fong and DDA

Jase 43,479
If Leicester somehow manage to challenge for the Top 4 again, they could potentially put us, United, Arsenal, Spurs etc to shame if none of us get the act together... Leicester, Arsenal and Spurs have Europa League. Everton and Wolves have that advantage this year.

We don't have anyone who is capable of playing those long balls over the top for example. We just keep on pass, pass, pass like 1000 times before the ball gets to the front players. I don't expect us to build the team fully around Werner like Leicester do with Vardy but there are elements of their game which we can replicate to get the best out of Werner and even Pulisic, CHO etc.
