I saw last season coming a mile off.

There were a few signs in the double season that this team was at the beginning of the end, the storming end to get the double papered over those cracks.

But even going into 10/11 i felt something wasn't right, even in those 'title rebound' games early on we weren't as good as the scoreline's suggested.

Papering the crack has been the number one mistake the club did in the past few years.

If we win the CL, our club basically got a lifeline to re-start again.

Cause we will be in the next CL, have made some good money, and gotten reputation for winning a CL.

Though a draw would have done Man Utd I thought the set up from the start was ridiculous from Ferguson. Here was the most successful English club of the modern era basically admitting that they were an inferior team to their city rivals. As a result they didn't test Hart once, while they looked considerably more solid tonight than they did when the two sides met at Old Trafford, that still doesn't make up for United's shortcomings on the ball.

Full credit to City, very tense situation, they looked nervy early on but they settled down and played some lovely football at times and fully deserved their 1-0 victory, they looked dangerous on the ball and solid at the back. Kompany, Zabaleta, Clichy, Barry and Aguero were all outstanding but my pick for MOTM is Yaya Toure, an absolutely dominating performance full of power, running and class, undoubtedly the finest all round midfielder in England.

Hopefully City go on to win the league. Having beaten Man Utd twice and generally looked the more impressive side they would fully deserve it. For Man Utd it's a tough pill to swallow. Beaten in the league twice by City, clearly felt that they were the inferior team before the game (and were proven correct during the game) that City seem to have gained an upperhand on them like this in such a short space of time is an issue that needs to seriously be addressed by Ferguson or else losing to City may become a habit.

Why do you always jump on the bandwagon?, everytime a bunch of people disagree with the opinion of someone else you always butt in and join them. I think Terminator X is spot on, but i think he also has to realise Mourinho could go to City if they lose the title, so each way has it's ups and downs. But i would still much rather United win it than City.

I think the Chelsea fans who wanted City to win the title this season, ‘subconsciously’ want the sheikhs to overtake Romans success at Chelsea. Because they know City have a squad capable of winning it for a few years back to back now. Maybe it stems from an underlying indifference of our success under Roman, and that they want the Sheikhs to blow us out of the water.

It's not a case of 'prefer', it's what outcome effects Chelsea FC negatively in the long term. City have already bypassed the FFP, they are ready to dominate for a few decades now.

I simply don't want them to win another one. I'd prefer it if they never win another one again. They are full of plastic fans, who are the most annoying trash in the world, they get blatant favoritism from the referees, and Fergie is an absolute knobhead.

And no, its not like the season never happened. It means United are stamping their domination on this era of football. I don't want that. I eventually want our club to overtake them in titles, and them adding to it isn't going to help. Though if City win it this year, we come back and win it the next 10.
