Just seen Jose's interview on SSN and he says its important to bring in players before deadline day etc.

Wonder if the 'the players' is a reference in general or could mean us fetching in more than one.

Wait and see.

Hope is rekindled.

No, he isn't a terrible player at all and no, Terry's stupidity got him sent off. Even Terry himself said it was stupid.

Read my post properly next time, it prevents you from looking like a tool. I did not say he got Terry sent off, I said I didnt like him because he was play acting WHEN Terry got sent off. I dont rate him, all he has is pace and he dives like an Olympian.

Idk why we are waiting for that £30m bid and getting this over with. Even if we sign him on deadline day, that doesn't give us much time to sell Ba or Torres. It'll be a huge mistake to offload one of our strikers before we actually sign Roo.

Tool? Ha, funny. It's the way you insinuated your post. I never said that you said that his "play acting" got Terry sent off. What I am saying is that you shouldn't hate him for it because what JT did wasn't good to begin with. Don't know why you'd hate someone for that.

And as for his footballing ability? You can call him overrated or whatever, I don't really mind that. But to say he's a "terrible" footballer is just naive and stupid.

It isn't as simple as that though. Right now, the ball is in Rooney's court. If he really wants the move, and hands in a transfer request; it is only then we can push through and up our bid.

Sir Alex Ferguson told CE David Gill The club have already seen the best of Wayne Rooney, It's time to sell. (ESPN)

"Rooney is here longer than Cantona, Cole, Van Nistelrooy, Solskjaer. Everyone has their time." (#mufc employee) (ESPN)

what about the prospect of bringing in Alexis Sanchez of FCB...though its off topic....

How would bringing in another Deep lying forward / CAM help? Hardly a priority given the plethora of players we already have.

Find it hard to believe that Fergie would undermine Moyes before the season starts. I don't expect him to start doing this till October when they are sitting mid table..... That job reminds me of the electric chair!!!

Bad news for United if true. Is Moyes just a puppet?

I believe, this saga still has another month to go. Until then, rumors & more rumors. Unsettled Manures & Jose is laughing either way.

if rooney stays in the end and we will be without a new striker+ DM, united will be the ones laughing.

Will they really be laughing when they've got an unhappy player in their camp, causing a sour atmosphere? It isn't as black and white as you're making it seem.

I see it other way. Jose´s control of media has destabilized them. If Rooney is not coming, there is always a chance to buy other striker at the end or in January. Meanwhile, Lukaku, BA & Torres could do the job.

Really? Got a coach who does not know jack about winning trophies, Ageing Ferdinand, declining Vidic, declining Evra, Fergie, van Pussy and Carrick unlikely to win them the title again inspite of a shit squad. Who will do it for them this time? Kagawa or Phil Jones? If they do not improve their squad drastically they will have nothing to laugh about, as they won't even come close to challenging us or City. I gotta feeling a barren spell for Utd will come just as 95-2007. If we and City do not completely fuck it up their era of domestic success is over. Moyes will win exactly one title next seaso: the carling cup. the community shield vs Wigan does not count. Utd will have nothing to laugh at for a while
