Urghhhhh our record against Man U is piss poor no matter what form they're in it seems!!

If hadn't beaten them last year our last home win been 2017..last away 2013...

We SHOULD win. Only one of us needs the win!!! But who knows what team will turn up! Which is the issue...hopefully the same that turned up against Liverpool rather then the one who've featured a lot recently and just been mehhh

Esp we play on a Friday but so do Villa who are level with us. City don't till later on so we need this

I'm past caring, after last Sunday's debacle, i'm done.

I'm fed up with Maresca, and his Marescaball, he's lost the players you can see it in their demeanour, there's no passion, no pride, no fight, no organisation, no desire, we are doomed with this idiot in charge.

I don't understand all this negativity. We are small steps away from reaching our goals for this season. CL qualification and a trophy. If this was offered before the season we would all accept it. 8/10 season if this happens. 4 months we were there on top with Liverpool from August to December. Maybe next season we could do it longer maybe whole season...

Just 270 minutes left. How about supporting the players now when they need it the most?

It is the trajectory and the football being served up. Before Enzo fully implemented his tepid system we were fairly exciting and doing well. Yes, we got a couple of injuries but the football since Nov has been awful and makes Sarri's football look like Brazil 1970. On top of this, he clearly thinks he is a lot more clever than he is with his tactics and squad selection. For instance, I count all these games as points dropped because he was so negative and just played not to lose:

Utd away - seriously how does anyone send their team out to sit deep against this Utd side?

City away - they were there to be had. We had the goal and he tripled down to Marescaball.

Arsenal away - probably the most pathetic of the lot

Villa away - clearly playing for a draw.

Brentford away

Newcastle away

On top of that, the team he put out for Ipswich away was also very strange and looks worse the more you look at it.

There are also other games were we've won but it has been absolutely awful to watch.

The problem is we may achieve the goals but the trajectory is both concerning and uninspiring. Guy is looking very similar to Ten Hag at Utd where the papering over the cracks allows him to stay on with further implications down the line.

As for the Utd game, we only will only win that if they decided not to turn up like Liverpool did.

Agree with the sentiment and that will happen at SB regardless - There are several reasons for the disquiet put forward, from Maresca, and his 'black is white pressers, Palmer and Jackson misfiring, and Clownlakes lackadaisical approach to the club we love, with their general mismanagement.  Numerous reasons why a lot of us are fucked off. The stark reality and bottom line is the recent decline, and the drop from 2nd two points behind the vermin, ending up relying on other results for qualification.

However I have seen a good spirit within the team resurge, despite the loss at St James. Problem as i see it at the moment is the same before 1.5bn was spent, we need a decent striker.

1 fucking away win since xmas that is fucking dreadful, and if we fail to get CL this clown needs to be sacked

Needs to go regardless. He has shown no signs he will change direction. He may get CL this season thanks to a weak league and a 5th place spot, but next season I see us midtable at Christmas the way he is going. Even if we beat Utd I am sure he will shit the bed against Forest.

No Reece or Nkunku in training today

That's probably season over for Reece, he's played too much of late

Funny cause its probably true. Mental since February he has only completed a full 90 minutes a few times, one game was for England too.

Hate to say it again but giving him the armband and a £250k 7 year deal is looking stupider and stupider each day. Barely on the pitch. Should be on pay as you play for that sort of dosh.

Not looking forward to this game. United are plucky and will probably play out of their skin against us for some reason despite being pathetic for most of the season.

Even without a striker, if you can't beat this United that could actually fight for survival if the newcomers were more adequate, then your hopes for the Champions League are over.

That doesn't matter at all, United always turn up for games against us and you know Mount will be looking to score to silence the crowd.

Even that's not guaranteed, Villa are on equal points, they have Spurs and United left.   Forest have West Ham then us at home.

If we don't beat United, might as well play the kids against Forest as we definitely won't beat them at their home ground.
