If we don't have plan, then why sack Maresca? Results have been suboptimal recent weeks but it's nothing like Lampard/Potter/Mourinho trainwreck situation. If we have a better candidate right now then fine, but I don't see who can we move right now.

I hope we are going for Fabregas he is doing tremendous job in Como. But on the other hand, I like him a lot, don't wish him this shit job.

Plenty of managers will still come, its like any project, even if they do poorly, they will still get a nice payout at the end of the day. 

We all knew Potter was out of his depth at Chelsea and yet he got the job because of "Brighton connections"

Think the problem is, how many QUALITY managers will want to come in mid-season?

Not to support United but they have been a laughable team this season and we are basically on the same points as them.  

We will be closer to 10th place on the table once City get the 3 points from us.

But wont come to stay. Because nothing will change. We wont sign players we need just ones we can eventually sell or spend stupid money on players again we dont need or dont perform.

yes but in a long term I really dont believe that the big part of the managers wants to coach a club with this kind of politic

Whether it’s City or elsewhere Maresca will land at a great destination and probably go on to have a very good managerial career. He was set up for failure here but still didn’t make the best of what he was given and in the end was probably 1 more terrible result away from being sacked purely on footballing grounds anyways.

I’m genuinely terrified of what depths our club will sink to in the immediate future if we actually appoint Rosenoir.
