The bigger problem is when he did the injury Enzo kept him on for another 30-40 mins or so plus half time. It was clear when he did it that he had a problem with his hamstring. A responsible manager would've taken him off straight away.

Even if Jackson is the Maresca’s perfect forward, he needs some kind of reliable backup or competition in the striking department.

Nkunku had downed tools. We need someone either with plenty of experience like Giroud, or a proven talent.

We've been banging the same drum for multiple seasons now. A CF with a proven track record is a must this season above all else.

On the goalkeeper front, I don't see us going big for anyone. We'll have to settle for whatever is around until Penders is ready (should that day arrive).

I don't they'd do that with Penders on the books. If we do go for another GK, I could see us reignited our interest in Hermansen. A GK who just got relegated.
