Poch or Emery for me. 

Both play pleasing football, and this is a Chelsea forum so naturally we will shit on anything Spurs related, but the fact he got that Spurs team to the CL final is super impressive.

Club seems to be looking for another yes-man and Enrique and Nagelsmann both don't fit the bill

I wouldn't mind Poch, to be honest. Used to hate the idea and I remember being terrified that it could happen, just after Tuchel was sacked. But he is passionate, can work with youth and what happened to Spurs after he left shows that he was basically underrated.

I am not sure if he can win stuff with us, but at this point I have no hope of winning trophies for the next two years at least. Top 4 would be great and maybe some sort of good run in the domestic cups. We need someone to build. Maybe Poch can lay a foundation for someone else that could take over an already solidified team that will just need to be taken to the next level.

JN is one of the best attacking managers, gets a lot out of his attackers. It will be day and night difference between him and Tuchel/Potter/Lampard.

He had Werner scoring like Halaand  that deserves an honour of itself.

We want someone who can switch to anger and passion -vital at certain situations. Potter, Lampard nor Pochettino have this quality, if they get Poch so obvious they want a compliant Yes man = more mediocrity with a slightly higher win rate. No thanks.

No qualms having and implementing a long-term project, just pick someone players can listen to and trust for starters. It's not that hard. 😅

Whilst Poch is a good coach, you’ve hit nail on the head. A yes man.

Makes sense, even more when you consider why Enriques apparently been moved down this list of “managerial targets” we have.

I hope folks understand what the issue is: owners have zero sway with players, because they have no knowledge of the game, and can't really control players wages (contracts!). All they can do is tweak bonuses and whatnot, which can be tricky to do (counter-productive to say the least). At this level players can move on to a different club earning comparable wages on a whim.

The power is with the players... even against owners.

For the few of you that understand German: here is a in-depth analysis from Nagelsmann about his tactics and philosophy. 
What I can tell u after watching it: its 16 minutes long and he never uses one of these phrases like "we want to play attacking football" or "we want to have possession" or all this usual superficial football talk. Its pure tactics.
This guy is a fucking football and tactic nerd, knows everything about the game. And this is also his biggest weakness. He is way too intelligent and systematic for his players. Lets be honest, the majority of football players arent the sharpest knifes in the drawer. Most need clear, simple instructions without spinning their heads. And ig this is why he failed at Bayern, he basically confused his players by his complicated take on football.
So on paper, he could really transform us into a tactical monster, IF he can get his message across. Tbh I dont know if it will work, but the potential is huge.

He failed at Bayern? With what he failed?? Won vs PSG and i think would have done better vs City or finished 2cnd in German league?
