I don’t think Pochettino really needs his help that much considering his reputation and achievements as a manager in comparison to Franks. I’d imagine he will have an idea or plan in place already.

I disagree.

Our remaining fixtures leave a huge possibility of a baptism of fire and let's not beat around the bush, that + his Spurs connection = crowd turning on him.

There's zero to gain in him starting now.

If the reporting is correct, Poch will have input on transfers and what current players suit his team. He will not take over the team until after the season ends. He can collaborate with Frank about what is happening with the first team in training.

Not sure how anyone can find fault in Frank being willing to give an insight to what he's witnessed during his time here. I dare say there's a lot frank could tell poch with regards to mentality or effort of some of this lot. I'd personally like the new manager to go in with as much Intel as possible
