Just want an answer. Is it Frank or isn't it? Who is it going to be.... Bored of all the speculation. Want someone to get excited about.

I know Frank has low levels of experience and a transfer ban to contend with. But, there are some opportunities for his hiring to be a success. Youth will get a chance, most specifically English youth. Also, don't underestimate his drive and work ethic. He was never the most athletic or gifted footballer but he worked his socks off, day in, day out to become the club legend that he is. I have no doubts that he will do this as a manager. It won't be stubborn Sarri, who wants to mould his players to his system. It will be adaptable and grow as Frank grows. And yes, there may be some growing pains because his green managerial status. But Frank is a worker, and he will expect that from his players, backroom staff, and the fans.

Of course there are some risks involved. But lets get behind the guy. This is different for Chelsea. Maybe we are finally breaking the cycle that has lead to no consistency with our managerial position.

Come on Frank

Come on Chelsea.

Definitely going to be Frank.  No question.   Sorting the DoF out first makes sense i suppose, i reckon Lampard will be very soon

Don't think there is any question marks anymore over who is going to be the next manager. It is clear for me to see that as soon as he gets back from his holiday, Lamps is going to take over here.

If he's a good manager or not, I do not know yet, time will tell, all I hope he brings back the good mood at the club and flushes away all the negativity.

For me having a good manager and a top squad is just 40-50% in sports. You look at Liverpool, they would be nothing what they are at this point w/o Klopp's influence in creating a perfect environment full of optimism and good mood.

I can even give another example in Romania's U21 team that just beat England 4-2 a few days ago. The squad is not wow, but the atmosphere and the emulation created around this team by a whole country is simply out of this world. 20M+ Romanians breath through this team at the moment, it is simply madness what happens in Romania at the moment and it's just the U21s.

But as I said, the squad is not wow, lots are playing in the very, very poor Romanian league and they are also missing their star man, Ajax's Razvan Marin, but they have raised their level through a top atmosphere. It is what I hope Lamps can replicate.

In the video with Rio, Drogba definitely knows what is happening.

Ohh he most def knows something.......why are the Derby fans so upset of that vid? Its not exactly news he will be a Chels manager. You will get your compen and that will be that. I dont see the disrespect.
