the first thing to take in mind is the different board and organization that there is between juventus and chelsea, juventus is much better!

So it's my sensation that Allegri needs a solid society behind him and without that i think he risk to fall into difficulties easily! And moreover he need to ri-make the team, not as player, but like character and spirit!
Conte is better under this points of view, is more a leader, his team are solid and difficult to beat, but his playing not convinced me to full !
