Potter has already stated publicly that he isn't vocal, so we shouldn't be surprised by his demeanour during each game. We need a squad that will fight for every ball on any given day; they're playing for the badge before anything else.

The problem isn't about being vocal, it's about him not accepting the fact that he's managing Chelsea and we need results.   All of his press conferences sound like he's still at Brighton where they are willing to accept 10th place in the league. 

The sad part is, not a single player has looked like they've improved under him so far.

It doesn't help how predictable it all is. I didn't expect to win this game and been a fair few others you knew would mess us up. Shouldn't be the attitude but we don't know how to win..go a goal down or level and we're screwed

That's the risk those making the decision were willing to take. Someone's mindset is going to magically change, especially in Potter's case considering the jobs that have preceded him.

this is a big problem with the new generation of players, everything is social media driven, they are spoiled and only care about the pay day. there is no pride, commitment, fight and passion in them, they rather do fuck all than to put in the required work and sacrifice. Makes you value even more what we had before, the old guard did everything that was required to get results, even if things didn’t go well, they always worked hard to improve and bled for the shirt, week in week out, you don’t see any of that with this new lot. The standards have dropped immensely, you put this current lot in the previous era with the old guard, they would be eaten alive, thats how weak they are, mentally and physically.

To add to this, the old guard also had very good leadership amongst them.  Cech, Terry, Carvalho, Ashley Cole, Lampard, Essien, Drogba, Ballack, Obi Mikel...pretty much all of them were captain/senior leadership for club or country at one point in time. 

Compare that to what we have now...we only have 2 captains in the dressing room, Silva & Azpi.  Sold our third captain to our local rivals in the recent transfer window... Maybe that's why we have such poor mentality?

Also struggling to see where we seen the valuations for the signings of Mudryk and Fernandez, because frankly, both look bang average and no better than what we had in any of those positions previously. Only cost a cool 200m between them too. 

Its probably going to take a new manager though because it doesn’t matter who plays they all look shite. So there is that.

It is mental its 2023 and Loftus-Cheek still making our first 11. That alone should be sufficient evidence that Potter has no fucking clue.

I couldn't fucking believe that RLC was starting yesterday, him and Ziyech of all people, no wonder we got fucking beat. RLC should be nowhere near this team or any other PL side, he's fucking bang average.

I'm still scratching my head how a player who is only still at the club because the fucking fax machine was unplugged (sarcasm) is still retaining a spot in this team, he's a one trick pony and a complete accident waiting to happen because he's a hot headed moody cunt.

Social media is having a huge impact not only football....... you should see the absolute melons I have to manage in my job. All be it, its a physical job but some if not most of the youngsters today are genuinely baffled when I ask them to do the job they are being paid to do. Society is absolutely fucked right now.
