Alvaro Rodriguez has been at Madrid since 2020 though and was born in Spain.

Not 100% sure about Perrone but I read somewhere that he has a Spanish passport which would of made his transfer to Europe straight forward.

So both are totally unrelated in comparison to Andrey’s situation.
