Several journo’s I follow who cover Spuds say that Kane really wants to leave. Again.

Also state the obvious that Levy will aggressively fight any sale. But I wonder if he really kicked up a fuss he’d be able to force his way out. Maybe we should at least try. If Haaland is a no go there’s nobody else that isn’t a major gamble. And we can’t afford yet another punt who we hope is great but flops.

Levy has to know that they’re going nowhere in terms of title challenges. He’s given them more than they could’ve hoped for and is in the prime of his career. If he’s desperate to leave and hands in a transfer request I wonder what the price would be. Would likely only be City and ourselves as serious suitors with United going after Sancho.

He probably will get his wish and leave, but it won't be here Levy will never sell a Spuds player to us.

He'd rather sell Kane to Shitty for £1 than £150,000,000 from us, anything to stop us getting him.

And Kane would never want to upset the "he's one of us brigade"🤣

Interesting, Daka retweeted this in his account.

Any idea on how good this guy is?

51 league goals in Austrian Bundesliga across the last two seasons in 59 games (42 starts) seems pretty similar to what Haaland got for Salzburg, although Daka is a couple years older.

Could be worth a shot if no proven top class strikers are available this year?

Chelsea are keen on Haaland though it is understood German boss Thomas Tuchel is still willing to work on getting the best out of his compatriot Timo Werner, who the Blues spent £53m on just one year ago. (Mail) #CFC #BVB

Chelsea have appeared for signing in ‘last few hours’ – Blues initiate contact for summer deal

http://sportwitness.co.uk/Chelsea-already-asked-about-player-wanting-to-leave-club-welcome-sale-will-accept-e80m-fee/

Chelsea have ‘already asked’ about signing Atlético Madrid star Saúl Ñíguez, according to Mundo Deportivo.

The midfielder lost prominence in the 2020/21 season as he made only 22 league starts in their title winning campaign.

For the past few months, reports coming out of Spain have stated the 26-year-old has plans to leave Los Rojiblancos in the summer.

Mundo now explain the La Liga winners ‘would not frown on’ the player leaving the Wanda Metropolitano because he is no longer an untouchable in the squad. Atlético ‘welcome the sale’ of Saúl, who is ‘determined’ to leave the club.

The Spain international’s exit will help Diego Simeone’s side to make money and the funds can be used to undertake incoming operations. According to the claims, the Madrid based club would accept a fee of €80m for Saúl.

Dortmund should obtain around €95m from the sale of Jadon Sancho to Manchester United. There's still not been any official contact from United's representatives, but this is only due to the fact that the framework for an agreement is openly on the table.

He might be a good player, but I have to say that our league is really bad. Salzburg is by far the best team and the difference in terms of quality compared to the other teams is much greater than say Bayern compared to the rest of their league.  There might be some exceptions (Mane, Haaland) who are good enough for top teams, but usually young Salzburg players find their level at teams like Leipzig or Leverkusen at best. Other strikers who scored many goals in our league were quickly found out when they made the next step to Italy or Germany.

Yes - Another young forward with potential is not the profile needed in attack either.

It is always nice watching a striker highlight video and not being able to identify which foot is his strong foot. Looks like a very tidy player, great movement, who will surely get better.
