According to Marca, Eden Hazard is set to hold talks with new manager Carlo Ancelotti as he eyes a return to Chelsea.

Zinedine Zidane’s replacement is adamant he will get the best out of the forward, but it is claimed Hazard is already on the market to be sold.

The Belgian is keen on a return to Chelsea, where he spent seven years and was regularly denoted as one of the best players in the Premier League.

A tad convenient to just link him with us.

And/But, no thanks...

Without a world class striker coming in, seeing Tammy in that disgusting red shirt would be hard to watch. I’m sure our club understand that well. Sending him to Arse and bringing in some random dude like the striker from Stuttgart would cause huge uproar.

Reports this morning that Tammy is on his way to Arsenal for a loan with £40m buy clause - Dailymail, so take from that what you will...

I believe they quoted from The Sun, which was the original source of the rumor.

Arsenal before people laugh they have a decent young core and no European football so they could have a outside chance this season.

I think some people are forgetting that we made the top four on the last day of the season thanks to Tottenham.

Yes, largely due to a meltdown from a manager who's long gone. Factor in TT's time we're second.

As for Arsenal this no Europe thing is massively exaggerated, it "worked" for us because we already had a title winning squad who had a fluke bad season due to a variety of unprecedented vectors, Arsenal don't have that luxury.

Free midweeks training Rob Holding, Ben White and Hector Bellerin is no different to free midweeks training James Tarkowski, Ben Mee and Matt Lowton and that's before we mention Arteta tax.

Lol when dailyfail  quotes the sun about a Tammy Abraham rumour you know it’s been a slow day in the office

Slightly disappointing to see a number of youngsters move on, but they are choosing the easier option, so be it.

Sancho and to an extent Pogba have set a precedent unfortunately.

Aslong as it was a game time thing instead of a club issue we should be able to get them back if they become the business all be it at a cost.

The reports say Bate isn’t even going directly into Leeds’ first team but rather their youth team. Slightly strange that he wouldn’t just wait it out here and see what happened next summer. But I guess Bielsa has given him a more clear vision of his path the the first team than we could.

If our youngsters just had a look at the players that have broken through in the last few years, they'd see there is an opportunity.

If the latter does come to fruition for any of them, we'll still effectively be held to ransom.

Rightly or wrongly they may think it was a Lampard/transfer ban thing, that plus we had a lot more holes in our squad then compared to now.

Now if Tuchel brings someone through that will (hopefully) change the mindset of other players when they end up in this position.
