Will he really though? 

I mean he is going to be playing in games where they will be cagey and a lot more tactical. Given how awful he is technically and the severe lack of space behind teams in Serie A, generally don’t think he will do well at all.

And he is never going to become an extremely clinical finisher, that much is clear.

Who cares if it means we get rid of him? I don’t think relying on him has helped us achieve anything significant in the past 2 seasons and its better to take something for him whilst we can. Because it won’t be often we have several teams interested in him.

Means we can get another CF in and have Delap as a back up.

Cant afford to go into the season with Jackson & Delap as our 2 CF options. Just like with Jackson & Guiu last season.

Would make sense why he hasn't featured in the CWC yet and the fact that Maresca chose Reece to play midfield, even though he was fit and sitting on the bench...

Well..this is a club that moved out Chalobah only to recall him out of desperation 6 months later.

Wouldn't be surprised if Maresca and co. adopt another warped strategy that involves freezing certain players with a view of shipping them.

Wish the media asked more pointed questions and ask Maresca what he intends to do with returning loanees like Santos.

He has some power, he gave KDH a free premier league opportunity.

That was a typical PSR/swap bullshit deal that these owners/directors are renowned for because it's about their limit and got Maresca coming the other way, it's when they have to sit around the negotiating table and fight for a signing they have an issue, they either over pay or walk away, see Maignan

Ornstein has just tweeted that the deal for Gittens could be done imminently and both clubs in talks in the US Gittens is fully committed to Chelsea, 7 year deal in place

Poch talked about how the system works and he (and now Maresca) are involved in chats in so far as supplying info on the type of player they need or explicitly do not need, and they get a veto to say a hard no for any player. More often than not it seems they get talked out of using their veto (e.g. Felix deal). But there's basically 0 chance that Maresca had authority to sign KDH, the club decided that and he didn't veto it.

Funny fact Garnacho is better than our wingers . I will take him there is the player in him  with proper players around him he could flourish anyway . But again - we need expirience not only potential .
