pure family (my father) rumour, but daddy claims, via his sussed in mates, that Aiyawatt Srivaddhanaprabha okied the lowering of Chilwell's price to around £50m 2 days ago due to Chilwell wanting to leave and on the verge of putting in a transfer request

I hope that daddy Vesper is wrong here [emoji23]. Just get Sergio Reguilon because he seems like the real deal

like father like daughter >>>>>>> he wants Theo by FAR

but we both realise that is a VERY hard pull, as Theo doesn't want to leave Milan, Maldini is his idol and maldini person went and roped him on last year, plus they finally look like they starting to put a decent club together

his 2nd choice is Alaba, but again, there is a huge catch, his wage demands

he is far more Chilwell-friendly than I am, and he thinks Telles may wilt under EPL physicality

he rates Reguilon pretty highly,

Theo is wasting away at Ac Milan. I doubt the club will win a big title this decade. We should at least try to sway him with one of Lamps & Petr pitches.

Alaba already rebuffed us. If Telles is gonna have problems with the physicality,  Reguilon will struggle too. But i think both have the skill and pace to cope by evading the most physical of challegnes.

Around £50m would be close to the fee United paid for AWB which is a fairer valuation by the standards of the PL market. But it's still very expensive. I wouldn't mind us paying that if we didn't have to sign a CB and GK on top of Chilwell.

Rice and GK(Preferably Onana) for me should be the priority.

Pope 50m, Dunk 50m, Chilwell 80m, Rice 70m... Just do not overpay for overrated English players...

Ok I may accept Rice for this price if we sell Jorginho to Juve for 50m.

Sarri will do well to keep his job. Jorgi isn't going anywhere.

No point in keeping sarri but not giving him a regista, because with pjanic gone, they will literally have none. His football might be boring and shit, but atleast with jorginho, his team had control of the ball. Right now can't even say that.

He either gets the sack or he gets jorginho, I feel

Isn't the idea to give that job to Melo? Regardless, Sarri is on super thin ice atm. He did his best to throw away Serie A and then he has just been knocked out by a team who have played twice in five months. Further, Penaldo doesn't really suit his system.

Melo is not a regista. He is best at finding that pocket of spaces on the pitch

i mean what kind of midfielder would you call silva? Mata? He is definitely more proficient defensively than those 2, but personally speaking I have never seen him play as a regista in barca or not even sure he was ever tried there. If sarri's plan is to actually use arthur there, then will be interesting to say the least.

as for sarri, he should be a goner. Our board did a great job seeing sarri for what he is and cutting our losses. If Juve do that, good for them, otherwise, if he wants jorginho, they will have to give him that to atleast play the way he can play

How does he feel about Niko Kovac taking Monaco?

Pretty sure it was his decision to leave.

Really? And our board just let it happen?

If that was the case, Hazard would have left us in 2013, Tibo would have left us before he joined us etc etc.

The only reason Sarri's sorry ass was let go was because we saw him for the fraud he is.
