We’ve seen during this CWC that he’s already been tossed out to the left wing where he’s even worse than he is in natural RW position and that’s before Estevão even arrives. That tells you all you need to know about Maresca’s thinking. Even Nkunku is ahead of him currently. He’ll be a good squad option for Arse just as he would be here if he stays. Hoping that’s there’s still 1 more statement signing to come, though. Whether that’s another LW, a CB, or a keeper. The latter two I think are highly unlikely. I saw CFCPys tweet last night that we should go all in trying to get Rodrygo and I think I agree. Can jump from Real Madrid’s bench to being a star here and playing every match. Then we at most might need a quality starting RCB (although we do have plenty of options there already) Then just outgoings for me. We need 3 options at every position but no way we'll keep 36 players in squad so good that we go for players that can play multiple positions and always have cobham for a crisis. I think we need to be 50M more pounds in the profit. I'm sure we will have a few more incomings, but it might not be before we get ahead of the profit margin for player sales.
