Really set down a marker that he has arrived. We surely have to bring someone in. Nkunku was going to contribute not only goals, but assists, creativity, chance creation, and excellent link up play. Or continues his impressive preseason form but does everything except for score goals for 3-5 games in a row? Who’s scoring goals reliably in this team with Nkunku out? If Vlahovic is our only answer then….yikes. Or an injured Olise who also won’t play for months. Getting Caicedo will be amazing and should make us incredibly formidable but I just hope we don’t have another season of not being able to score in a brothel.
