Would take Barella here in a heartbeat, not many players who are as good as he is at that sort of box to box role where he can run beyond the strikers. Yea, in Serie A. Not so much in the CL. I think there is a performance gap between league and international club football, facing teams that have midfields that dont let u overrun that easily. I saw him this season against Bayern and City and he wasnt particular great in these games. What strikes me the most is the difference in his assisting stats. He has quite a good assist rate in Serie A because he does these runs, but in the CL he managed to get 1 assist in 28 games. I started to be very cautious about players that shine in Serie A. But lets see, maybe there is a run on him by many big clubs.

Seems the club were right in having the confidence of other suitors getting involved. There must be a lot we don't know. Funny how personal terms are never an issue for Havertz, same was said about Real 😂

He just mentioned a player that's also linked with a move away rather than alluding to them all being of equal ability. I'd be happy to be corrected if I'm wrong, though. Edit - You have your answer in the post above. He has been good with Germany, for international standard. Tuchel is not a good forward manager, there was a clear difference of play from Bayern took over. His best work was with Mbappe and Neymar, generational players not that hard. And he received a lot of criticism for their forward play. Edited June 14, 2023 by Clockwork
Popular Post! Cosmin 2,484 Posted June 14, 2023 Popular Post! Share Posted June 14, 2023 Rule number one of this window: do not regret anyone who’s leaving. Ever. Remeber how these guys have been letting us down for so long. It is their responsibility that we’ve finished 12th in the league. Reece, Chilwell, Silva, Fofana, Badiashile and Enzo are staying, which is fine. Believe in Poch and fuck all the others. TheHulk 2,507
My biggest worry isn't that we selling all these underperforming young players but the ones we replaced them with are even more underwhelming, fucking Mudryk, Noni and Sterling. Mário César 1,315
yeah havertz and mount can go If we get 70M Pounds for Havertz is not a bad deal lets be honest, he has been with us for 3 years and still don't get this hype and talent he can go

Noni is a good depth and rotational player, some people are on crack who think he is good enough to be starter here. He is your typical average English forward. Fulham Broadway 17,343
Quite happy to see Sterling go tbh. Can be creative, but with the brain farts, headless chicken moments, the sum of all his parts = Shaun Wright Phillips with bells on mkh, Vesper and Blue Armour

milka 3,395
We will sell half of our team to the top 4 teams and including Gallagher at Tottenham and Colwill at Brighton this club will reach new heights in its amateurism if this happen

Havertz was just as bad for Germany at times, which is why a second-tier CF was favoured over him to lead the line. A style of play doesn't force players to miss chances on a frequent basis. 53 minutes ago, NikkiCFC said: If someone has potential to be new KDB or Salah it's him. It's that time again. 🙄 Neither of those players was given a proper chance, while Havertz has played 139 games thus far. Pinning your hopes on potential won't get us anywhere.
