The idea of Mourinho under an owner like Boehly giving him whatever he asked for would’ve been intriguing a decade ago. But he’s out of touch with modern attacking football.

Not even a decade ago - by then Guardiola and Klopp had changed the way the game was played at the top level.

Decade ago ... 2014. To be fair, he did win the league.

Problem is its short term.

Joined in 2004, at 40. Joined almost exactly a decade later at 50, now he just celebrated his 60th birthday...

Anyway if Potter and the team were flying no one would entertain this thought. Not even mentioning the outdated brand of football.

Let's see what Potter can do with all the new incomings and returning players for the coming games.

This clown is coming back, hopefully Newcatle or Atletico take him off our hands.

Don't see why Simeone would want someone like Lukaku...

Now I see why the club didn't sign a striker as I feel they've been told that Lukaku is returning next season...

and then had the biggest meltdown of his career the next season. He had an exciting, young squad that he ignored for short term gains'

His last good work was probably building that Inter Milan side.

Lets hope not. Would be an absolute travesty. And Potter would undoubtedly try him out too as he’s never worked with him, if Rom wanted to stay.

I think there will be plenty of suitors for Lukaku but we’ll almost certainly have to pay some of his wages if it’s another loan. He’ll still score goals and he’s still a “big name” that a smaller club can sell to their supporters.

I can see him at a West Ham or back at Everton to a heroes welcome for example. Sides that will need a bit of a boost after what’s going to be a shit season.

I don't trust him with all these young players at all. He fucked us with De Bruyne and Salah. Nope, pass. He plays boring football now anyway.

I'll give up my membership if he returns again.

I fell for the "I'm coming back to build something" last time, won't be doing that again.
