No surprise anymore with big injuries, water is wet and all that.

I said weeks and weeks ago it was just a matter of time before the next big disaster was around the corner and so be it.

Expect more coming, Reece James is due another few months out and no doubt one or two to be added to the sick bed.

You never seem to see the big star players from other clubs get serious, long term injuries. Your Salah’s, Kane’s, Rashford’s, or Saka’s never get injured. For Chelsea it’s not just squad players but key, massively important players that are fundamental to the way we play who get injuries that force them to miss months.

Just in recent years James multiple times, Mount, Chilly, Kante multiple times, Kova. What the fuck is this curse that’s on us?

Technical director for Brighton David Weir has spoken about Caicedo saying the usual bollocks- Funny thing with all this is, they are starting to speak to the press more and say more and more day after day. It's like they are putting their guard up and stamping their feet like a child, and then saying things like "We can't control the market and we will see"

They look more like idiots the more they say.

Wtf are we waiting for, though? He could be bullshitting that our new offer isn’t in of course. But if not, what are we doing?

We NEED him this weekend. But it looks like another day of nothing.

I think we have won the battle, and I also think that now Tino has gone to Newcastle that bid from us will be today using that extra money we receive from the sell on.

First the Brighton Chairman or whoever it was yesterday speak out and now the technical director, who's next? The fucking tea lady

Just read that Adams deal may end up being loan with option slightly higher than release clause.

That would be better than straight buy atleast..

Still an awful deal for us lets be honest. Not anywhere near an improvement on what we have in there as it is. Would of been better just going with what we have, putting faith in Casadei and Santos because not sure Adams will play regularly here in all honesty. Unlike Caicedo but thats not happening.

I get TA is a another body in an area we are depleted in but its top level quality and experience we need in there to help the younger guys we already have and he offers neither of those things. Just even more proof that it was either Caicedo plan A then bust, like Saul and Zakaria signings were, its the usual who’s available as opposed to who is the right player.

Lavia links have been so quiet all summer really bar “we are following him” too so would say it’ll probably be Adams unless we do something else.

Realistically we still need a 9, a central midfielder and another attacker. I think if these 3 signings are top players who have a bit and can elevate the the younger guys and will contribute hugely, then we have a 90% a chance of getting 4 easily.
