Kouli, Kante, Mendy, Ziyech, Auba and Lukaku??? I’ve been a Chelsea fan for over 40 years. This is not to do with talkchelsea forum members but the club Chelsea FC.

selling chuku or even loaning him with an option to buy would be a dreadful decision. makes no sense to give up on him after one season where he barely played.

They are mainly targeting Muslim players. It will be a lot easier to accommodate them in a country with very strict religious rules. Money does not really matter when your life becomes so difficult. The non Muslim ones are big name players with nowhere to go. Pretty standard targets for a league with a lot of money and bad rep.

That is pretty silly. The people making these decisions have a very long history in sports including the Dodgers. They have a proven track record with African American and African baseball and football players. Chelsea has a poor record in the past, along with the rest of the English clubs, and American clubs… but we are talking about the past. The present situation is people completely removed from that history. 
 

Does racism still exist, sure it does. Is there any suggestion at all that the owners and executive staff at Chelsea have done anything based on racism? No!

Just because these players are black doesn't make them any less or more likely to be idiots, Mendy and Kante KK and subs to an extend I wouldn't call cancers at all.

Just had a lengthy reply typed but I guess we have made ourselves clear here. Throwing racism accusations around like candy at a carnival is just extremely counterproductive in fighting actual  racism.

I doubt he would of even continued playing for Villa if we didn’t sign him. Not under Emery anyway thats for sure. 

Don’t see him doing anything in particular that would make us regret selling him, not even convinced he would play at AC Milan just seems an odd link.

Genuinely wonder what folk who believe he is going to go on and make us regret selling him see in him because even at Villa, he didn’t remotely catch my eye. Would of taken McGinn or Luiz ahead of him any day of the week - and even then I am skeptical of how those 2 would do at a bigger club.
