I'll never blame Lukaku for joining us. 

Just a bit frustrated that we've completely given up on any chance to go after Haaland. Even if it was next season.

Problem with Lukaku is he is not for big moments and big games. His big misses eliminated Inter from CL last season and Belgium from EURO.

Just clutching at straws. He was fantastic last season, whatever way you put it. Goals, assists, fired Inter to title. Have your views but he was sensational last season. Let's at least agree on that.

Hopefully Bayern or Real Madrid do their usual very public tapping up of Haaland starting in January so at least if we miss out on him he doesn’t end up in Manchester. Or we need PSG to offer him 600k per week and co-ownership of the Eiffel Tower or something.

Getting Lukaku will be much easier to take in the long term if he isn’t directly compared with Haaland at Man United for the next 5 years.

It is funny that some United fans say things like

I think Lukaku will fit to Tuchel 352 or 343 system. When he was with us, he didn’t have enough players who can deliver good service. At Chelsea, they have those players. Their wingbacks can cross and deliver the ball to the box. And he suits the 352 formation as well as and I think Havertz will be good pair for him up top with Mount behind them.

Yet some of our fan base seem to think he has not improved at all.
